Emily Wright
Emily began her dance training at the age of three and has been dancing with GDDS since she was seven. In a diverse undergraduate training, Emily competed with DANCE est Joie for seven years, training with renowned instructors through Dancemakers, Inc., Co. Dance, Tremaine, and others. She was a three-year member of the Alma Dance Team, serving as captain for two years and earning a state title, state runner-up, and recognition as an All State, All Star, and All-American dancer. Her performance experience includes dance recitals, competitions, and theatrical productions such as A Christmas Carol, Emma, and The Addams Family. Committed to lifelong learning, she has trained at Broadway Dance Center, STEPS on Broadway, and Millennium Dance Complex LA. She is certified in Sugar Foot Therapy and continues her dance education through workshops with industry leaders including Julie Kay Stallcup, Becca Retter, Stacey Morgan, Erin Burd, and Teri Mangiaratti. Emily holds a B.A. in Interior Architecture from the University of Arkansas – Fayetteville. She is passionate about sharing her love of dance with her students and is grateful to be back home doing what she loves most—teaching and inspiring her students.

Wednesday 5:00 – 6:30 (age 4-5 | 1 year experience highly suggested) with MY & RB
Advanced Jazz
Wednesday 6:15 – 7:15 (age 16 and up | 12 years or more experience)
Contemporary and Lyrical
Ballet is highly encouraged as a requisite for enrollment
Approval by instructor(s) required for enrollment
Level IV (Contemporary): Monday 6:30 – 7:15 (age 14-15 | 8 years or more experience)
