Makayla Ganje

Miss Makayla began her dance journey at the age of 3 at Panama City Dance Academy where she danced until the age of 11. She then moved to Dothan, Alabama and started dancing and competing with Oz Dance Center where she excelled in several styles of dance and won several competitive awards in ballet and technique. Her favorite styles of dance are ballet, lyrical and jazz. Makayla danced her senior year at Grace Dewitt and then has assisted with teaching since 2024. Makayla currently works at Fort Smith Coffee Co. She plans to open her own bakery business and continue sharing her dance experience. Makayla hopes to encourage dancers to really learn to take pride in their technique and stage presence.
